The architectural firm StudioMK35 - Architects was founded in 2012 by Marios H. Konstantinou and is based in Nicosia, Cyprus. The firm has since then worked on numerous projects that includes private residences, hospitality establishments, commercial establishments, R&D buildings and medical facilities.
The firm provides a wide range of architectural and design services to a variety of clients. Each project is meticulously studied and is provided with customized solutions that accommodate customers’ requests and specifications. In all projects, attention to detail and integration of the architecture into its surroundings is a priority.

Marios Konstantinou was born in Nicosia in 1975. He studied architecture at the Politecnico di Milano. He began his professional career in Nicosia at Maratheftis Yiannouris Architects Engineers where he was involved in the design and construction phase of the Mall of Cyprus, IKEA and ANNEX Commercial Center in Nicosia as well as Luxury Private Houses.
Aris Theodosiou was born in Nicosia in 1981. He studied architecture at the University of Patras. He began his professional career in Nicosia at CMP architects and consulting engineers where he was involved amongst others in the construction phase of the ex. Popular Bank IT Building. He then moved to Maratheftis Yiannouris Architects Engineers where he contributed to the design and construction phase of mall proposals, multi-residential developments and luxury private houses. In 2015 he joined StudioMK35 - Architects and since then he is contributing to the projects that the firm is involved. In 2005 was a member of the first tracing team for the Apostle Andreas monastery in Rizokarpaso, with the University of Patras.
