On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a walk-in-closet and an en-suite bathroom, also there are two big bedrooms for the kids, an office and a bathroom.

Other interior feature is the use of wood veneer that enhances the main living and dining area, with the marble staircase on the background, alongside with the use of ceramics on the floor creates a friendly environment for the family to live in.

On the outside, the use of cantilever roofs on multiple levels gives a dynamic movement to the house that is enhanced by vertical elements that stick out from the walls.
